We designed the Contextscanner©, a values driven strategy framework, to support individuals and teams navigate moments of change, transformation and uncertainty with a structured, mindful and strategic approach.
Built at the intersection of Strategic Thinking, Risk Management, Positive Psychology and Creativity, the framework helps you take a step back to understand the bigger picture, refocus on the priorities that truly matter, and move forward with clarity, focus and intention.
Our facilitation leverages the power of values, vision, and context to inform strategy and decision making. This is what we call a strategy from within.
