Since 2019, our strategists, facilitators and creatives support individuals, teams, and organisations in finding solutions that are authentic, engaging and purpose-led, for sustainable and responsible (business) practices.

Helene Peters, MSc
Strategy & Risk Advisor
Certified facilitator
Helene is a dedicated Strategy & Risk Management professional with 10 years of relevant work experience as an advisor (BIG 4), Risk Manager and department head (Global Life Science sector).
She is certified in the Lego® SeriousPlay® method (2018) and recently complemented her curriculum with a diploma in Modern Applied Psychology (2022).
In 2019, she founded SPARKS to pass on her skills and experience in a more creative and engaging way.
