Helene is a strategy and risk management professional with solid experience in driving business performance and managing teams. She is a LegoSeriousplay certified facilitator and experienced workshop designer. In 2019 she founded Sparks with the mission to create more integrity for impact.

With a strong blend of technical and human-centred skills she brings structure and creativity to every project we do. Martina shares a deep passion for dance that inspires and deepens her self-expression.
