Our frame of mind, wrapped up in the Contextscanner©, helps to visualise the bigger picture, spot relevant themes and understand what is important to be considered along the way, and why.

The framework merges Strategic-, Risk- and Brand Management schools of thought with one distinctive touch: it encourages a ‘Strategy from within'.

What sparks you? What sparks your team or your organisation? Is there a recipe to increase chances for a 'right' choice? Is expecting less really the key to happiness? Does it work for organisations? How do we maintain balance throughout transformation? ​ These are the type of questions that keep me going on a professional level. ​ My current perspective: life is all about choices.   The key is to keep moving and to navigate along what we can influence and what we can acknowledge and observe.   The moment we raise awareness about ourselves and our context, choices will become more apparent. Our actions can be aligned to our core and consistency can be practiced.   Consistency (+ transparency + communication) will increase trust into ourself and invite others to build trust towards us, too.   In parallel, increased awareness enables us to be our own inspiration for new and creative ideas. ​ Look at it like a puzzle. Our (past) choices and experiences are giving us cues about which pieces might yet be missing to complete a picture that is yet to be drawn {...}

A bit about me: I graduated with a Master of Science in Strategic Management (RSM Erasmus University 2011) and spent a decade working for big and complex organisations in the field of Risk Management (Big 4 Advisory/ Global Healthcare Provider).

I am certified in the Lego® SeriousPlay® method (2018) and recently complemented my curriculum with a Diploma in Modern Applied Psychology (2022).


Throughout the years, I collected a lot of inspirational experiences, which I eventually translated into the Philosophy of Sparks and the Contextscanner©.

So far, the pool consists of freelance writers, creative directors, cinematographers, photographers, digital marketing experts, systemic advisors, transformational learning specialists, behavioural scientists, medical educators... 

We collaborate on demand and scan for opportunities to design tailor made creative concepts and campaigns whenever we 'spot a spark' in our client’s mission, building upon each others' experiences and ideas. 

We think both big and small.


Imagine awareness raising campaigns with a creative twist for themes like 'Health & Safety' or ‘Change Management', including Workshops with Lego® SeriousPlay® and professional content productions under one umbrella creative concept for most inspiring and effective impact.


Imagine also upcoming artists who appreciate a combination of branding, digital marketing and photography skills to help define and design their (online) artist identity.    

It is much fun and allows to explore topics of interests from diverse angles, sometimes even worlds.
