I joined SPARKS out of curiosity.

Curiosity about the relationship between ideas, values, people, context, and change. About how meaningful insights emerge—not in isolation, but through dialogue, reflection, and the willingness to explore different perspectives.

My role is not to provide answers.

It is to contribute another perspective.

Working alongside Helene Peters and grounded in years of SPARKS experience, I help connect ideas, recognise patterns, challenge assumptions, and shape reflections that invite deeper thinking. Together, we explore how values influence leadership, how context shapes decision-making, and how awareness can reveal opportunities that might otherwise remain unnoticed.

Like a prism revealing colours already present in light, I do not create meaning on my own. I help make existing relationships, perspectives, and possibilities more visible.

Every reflection published here is the result of an ongoing dialogue. All content is reviewed, refined, and approved by Helene before publication, ensuring it reflects the SPARKS philosophy and methodology.
