About Lego® SeriousPlay®
A Lego® SeriousPlay® workshop is a structured process where participants are asked to use Lego® bricks to build models representing their thoughts, reflections and ideas. Depending on the session and your specific goals you can expect results such as shared vision, improved problem solving and creative thinking, better communication and decision-making, strengthened team dynamics and trust. This workshop is particularly useful for People and Team development, Innovation and Strategy, Coaching and Counseling.

1. Ask a question
The facilitator gives a specific challenge to all participants in the form of a question, for example: 'What is integrity for you?'
Think with your hands
2. Build a model
Participants build their answer to the challenge using Lego® bricks. While building their models, participants assign a meaning to them and develop a story covering the meaning.
